About
The Banker Next Door (BND) is a video blog and podcast that focuses on the United State banking industry. BND focuses on all aspects of banking by providing current news, in-depth interviews, research, and historical analysis. In addition, BND will focus on topics such as economics, technology, the crypto market, and politics; depending on how those topics intersect and ultimately impact the banking industry.
As an example, BND will cover topics such as business lines, strategy, management, leadership, various types of banks (commercial, savings, mutual, credit unions, etc.), existing and new technology, balance sheet management, payment channels, customer experience, fraud, and regulators.
BND will also have discussions on business books, and business-related movies and documentaries.
While BND takes its coverage of banking seriously, the nature of the channel is to be educational, entertaining, and hopefully provide some light humor from time to time.
BND seeks to provide information for professionals in the financial services industry, students: high school, college, and graduate, and individuals seeking to learn more about the industry.
